"Maybe I expected too much?"
I ordered a palette that was listed as being in good condition, it was mostly okay. The outside had more scratches than I was expecting, and one of the shades looked a little messy. Maybe I’m being too picky, because it’s still usable, but I do wish the condition had been described a bit more clearly

I was definitely not mildly stressed or anything, but customer service got back to me quickly and sorted out the issue. So yeah, everything’s fine now. Very calm experience, obviously.

"I’ve ordered from Glambot a couple..."
I’ve ordered from Glambot a couple of times now, it’s been a little hit or miss for me. Some of the prices are reasonable, especially on brands I’d never pay full price for, because let’s be real, some makeup prices are wild.
That said, a few things still feel kind of expensive for used makeup, and once shipping gets added, the “deal” isn’t always as good as it first looked. I’d probably buy again if there’s a solid discount, but now I definitely compare prices first, just in case.

"Packed well, thankfully"
Everything showed up safely with no dents or leaks, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. The packaging was really solid, which was a relief.

Everything showed up looking clean and properly sanitized, and there weren’t any weird smells, which I appreciated. The packaging was decent too. I’m taking off one star because the shipping took longer than expected, and it kind of felt like it sat around somewhere before finally moving.

Dear doug what a person has to do to get a response from glambot because at this point i have sent you more then 10 emails and you ignore me. anja

I ordered from glambot but i can't track my order or know when my items are coming. is there a way for me to know when my items are coming?

What does it mean "fill 80%"? the product fill 80% is used, not new, right?
