"Fake Products"
I ordered a Naked 2 palette and I received a fake one/ replica. I have contacted them via email and Instagram, but I never got an answer. A waste of money. I cannot recommend them. Really disappointing.

Next time was 4/7/2023 again no one respond other then a generic message. With no other response at all.
I received this in palette in order # GLAM-2A8CCF61AFB
Too Faced eye and face palette Dark Pink Bow Holiday Collection.
I have never received a product from Glambot in this condition. I realize there are flaws and swatched but an entire eyeshadow missing
I would like this palette replaced please.
I also have previously contacted Glambot regarding order# GLAM-2A7A*******BF1
I purchased 2 of the Pink Out Specials, however I only received one packet. Could I also be sent the missing packet.

"I had a good thing going"
I had a good thing going with glambot. The customer service used to reply. I got upset at them since the day they sent me the wrong order. I ordered a toofaced unused concealer in Golden Beige but they gave me a used concealer in Golden which is 5 shades darker. I even asked them that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong one so please fix it. They never responded no matter how much I messaged them. They have no number either so this sucks for me really and it sucks for them too. They lost a product .. and got a bad review from their loyal customer who recommended them at one point.

"I never received my order"
I never received my order. I had to write so many times, I wrote on email, on instagram and never got a reply. Thankfully I paid with paypal and I submitted the case there and got my money back. But crazy how terrible company they are.

"Customer Service Non-Existent"
In my time of using the Glambot website, I've been fortunate to have received all my purchases. However, when I went to deactivate/delete my account as I no longer wished to use the service I was directed to their '' help '' email. I've contacted Glambot several times and requested my account be deleted. They've not responded to my requests. I find it infuriating to have a website without the option to opt out of the service. I'm very shocked and disgusted by how they're handling other people's orders and simply not shipping or refunding items. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken and all whom have been scammed will be reimbursed.
Beware of using the service and don't bother using the email as it's a dead end :(

"Overall good deal"
This time I made 4 different orders, the first of the four arrived without any issue, shipping wasn't as fast as previous times but tracking was consistently updating throughout the month.
I purchased on September 10 (tracking info was updated on September 14th), and arrived on October 1.
Product was just as described 80% fill (actually barely swatched) and was 40% off with free shipping so overall a great deal.
I wasn't so lucky with the rest of my purchases but still planing on keep buying from Glambot.com.

Paid 100$, haven't received my package. It's been 4 months of me trying to contact them, they don't respond on any of my e-mails.
I bought package in June, they responded in September. They refund me in glambucks, at least something.

"I don’t know what is happening with the store…"
I don’t know what is happening with the store because that all my orders were sent before, late but were sent. And now Glambot combine my two orders #GLAM-
28A7504AEFAD and #GLAM-28A34C914D85
and gave one track 000000001755137. I've been waiting since July 28, now August 13. I have written them a lot of letters, tried to contact them via Facebook or Instagram, but they don’t respond. And my orders have not been sent yet, but the one order that was made after that has been sent. I'm in shock and don't know what to do. They don't cancel orders, and they don't ship them. Stop ignoring it!

The worst company!! Three of my orders are lost! I’ve been waiting since January.
I've emailed them several times, but got no answer. They don’t care about their customers!! I agree with the comment below: An absolute scam!!!

Additional parcels have arrived with broken or missing items
No response!

"Glambot is a scam stay away!"
I sent Glambot a large box of new and gently used cosmetics. They offered me $25 which I accepted, although I thought at the time it was a bit low. I then sent them a second smaller box of new and gently used cosmetics and I received an email declining my box. They did offer me a chance to get my items back if I paid them $30! No thanks! I will never do business with them again. I should have sold online through Mercari or eBay! Stay away from these crooks.

"Ignores customer e-mails, damaged items"
I originally thought the website was good, my initial experience was okay. However, I received 3 damaged items so far and their response has been non-existent! Not only do they NOT respond to e-mails/open queries on their Zendesk. They even CLOSE THEM AFTER NOT RESPONDING! I have sent several reminders, I had to re-open the query and now it's gone again. At best they are severely understaffed, at worst they are scamming people by claiming they will respond to damaged item queries within 3-5 business days. At this point I am just disappointed and disgusted with this approach.

I mailed 29 items of high quality makeup. I had to pack it all up, shipping was free. They offered me $23!!! What a joke. Less than $1 per piece and they will sell most of them for $15 and up. SCAM

I mailed them 29 items of all high end cosmetics. Most all were new. They offered $23! Then they make like 2000%. Its a rip off and not worth your while.
